1. Who We Are

Almulx.com ("Almulx", "we", "us"), 2105 Vista Oeste NW, Suite E #2028, Albuquerque, NM 87120, United States, provides domain registration and managed WordPress hosting at almulx.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Account data. Your email address, and a password stored only as a one-way hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier.

Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of what you bought, the amount and the payment reference.

Domain registrant data. When you register a domain, the name, postal address, phone number and email you give at checkout are passed to the registrar so the domain can be registered in your name, as registry rules require.

Website content. The files and databases of the websites you host with us. You control this content; we process it only to provide the service and its backups.

Technical data. IP address, request times and similar server logs, used for security and troubleshooting.

3. How We Use It

To create and secure your account, register and renew domains, run your websites, take payments, send service emails (sign-in links, receipts, renewal reminders, security notices) and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who We Share It With

Only the providers needed to run the service, each for its own task: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (domain registration, DNS and network security), Hetzner (servers that host your websites), Render and MongoDB (application and account database), Resend (transactional email) and Google (only if you choose Google sign-in). We may disclose data when the law requires it.

5. Domain Registration Data

Registries require accurate registrant details. Publicly visible registration records are redacted by default where the registry allows it.

6. Storage in Your Browser

We store a sign-in token, your email address and your cart in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in and your cart is kept. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our payment and network providers may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security.

7. Retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Website backups are kept for 7 days. When a hosting plan ends and is not renewed, website content is kept for 40 days (10 days online, then 30 days paused) and may be deleted after that.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted, access to servers is restricted, and each website runs in its own isolated environment. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]. Some records must be kept where the law or registry rules require.

10. Children

Almulx is not intended for anyone under 18.

11. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email.

By creating an account or buying a service from Almulx.com ("Almulx", "we", "us"), 2105 Vista Oeste NW, Suite E #2028, Albuquerque, NM 87120, United States, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you use Almulx for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity in your account. Give us accurate contact details and keep them current.

3. Hosting Plans

Plans are sold for a fixed term of 12, 24 or 36 months and are paid in advance. Each plan includes a set number of WordPress websites and a storage allowance, shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Plans do not renew automatically: we remind you by email before a term ends, and you choose whether to renew.

If a plan is not renewed, its websites stay online for 10 days after the term ends. After that they are paused and visitors see a notice instead of the website. The content is kept for a further 30 days, during which renewing the plan brings the websites back, and may be deleted after that. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

4. Fair Use

Resources are shared between customers. If a website uses resources in a way that degrades the service for others or exceeds its plan's allowance, we may ask you to reduce usage or upgrade, and may limit the website if the problem continues.

5. Domain Names

Domains are registered in your name through our registrar partner and are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and of ICANN. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registrant details. Registration is for one year unless stated otherwise; we remind you before expiry, and a domain that is not renewed will lapse and may be registered by someone else.

You may transfer a domain to another provider once the registry permits it, normally 60 days after registration. Request a transfer code from your dashboard.

Domains registered through Almulx use our DNS service, where you can manage your records from the dashboard. Changing to third-party nameservers is not available while the domain is registered with us.

A domain included free with a hosting plan is free for its first year only and renews at the standard price.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Almulx to host or distribute unlawful content, malware or phishing pages; to send spam; to infringe others' rights; to attack or probe other systems; or to mine cryptocurrency. We may suspend a service without notice where needed to stop harm, and will tell you why.

7. Your Content

You own your content and are responsible for it. You give us permission to host, copy and transmit it only as needed to provide the service and its backups.

8. Backups

We take a daily backup of each website and keep it for 7 days. Backups are a safety net, not a guarantee: you remain responsible for keeping your own copies. To restore a backup, contact support.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control can cause downtime.

10. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Domain prices follow registry costs and can change; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Taxes may be added where required.

11. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using Almulx at any time. We may suspend or end a service if these terms are broken, if payment is reversed, or if we are required to by law or by a registry.

12. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Almulx is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of the country where you live.

1. Hosting Plans: 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a new hosting plan, ask for a refund within 15 days of purchase and we will refund the plan in full. This applies to the first purchase of a plan, not to renewals or upgrades.

2. Renewals and Upgrades

A renewal or an upgrade can be refunded within 7 days of payment, provided the added term has not started to be used beyond those 7 days. After that, hosting payments are not refundable and the plan runs until the end of its term.

3. Domain Names

Domain registrations and renewals are final and cannot be refunded once the domain is registered, because the registry does not refund us. If a registration cannot be completed, for example because the name was taken before we could register it, we refund the domain payment in full.

4. Free Domain With a Hosting Plan

If you received a free domain with a hosting plan and that plan is refunded, the standard registration price of the domain is deducted from the refund. The domain remains yours.

5. How to Request a Refund

Write to [email protected] from your account email and tell us which purchase you would like refunded. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster. Services paid for by a reversed payment may be suspended.
